What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maintenance Technician position at Sustainable Management, Inc.?
We are currently seeking a motivated, detail orientated individual to fill a Maintenance Technician position on our maintenance team for two of our rental communities located in West Plains Missouri.
Qualified applicants should be self-starters with great people and time-management skills. Applicants MUST have a clean driving record, a clear criminal background and their own transportation. One year's experience is preferred, but not required.
This is a part time position. Compensation is based on experience.
