We are looking for an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter with 6 years of experience to support an innovative AI-driven startup. You will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring top GTM talent, including sales, marketing, and customer success professionals, to drive business growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of emerging technologies and talent acquisition in a Series B startup environment.
The ideal candidate will :
- Understand startup culture and work with cross-functional teams to recruit talent that aligns with business growth objectives.
- Have a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting sales, marketing, and customer success professionals in fast-paced, AI-driven organizations.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and leverage innovative sourcing techniques.
