Job Overview: As the Technology Development Leader/ Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development of advanced technologies within our data and telecommunications domain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic technology initiatives, enhance existing systems, and create new solutions that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy & Vision:
- Develop and articulate a clear technology vision and strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
- Identify emerging trends and technologies in data and telecommunications to guide innovation and strategic investments.
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, developers, and technology specialists.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the technology team.
- Oversee resource allocation, project prioritization, and performance evaluations.
- Project Management:
- Drive the end-to-end development of technology projects, from concept through deployment.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk assessments effectively.
- Technical Oversight:
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data and telecommunications solutions.
- Ensure that systems are scalable, secure, and reliable.
- Establish and enforce best practices for software development, system integration, and data management.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, operations, and executive leadership, to align technology initiatives with business needs.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven track record of leading technology development teams, ideally within the Data, AI/ML, BigData and telecommunications sectors.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing data-driven and telecommunications solutions.
- Strong understanding of current technologies, trends, and regulatory requirements in data and telecommunications.
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced technologies such as 5G, IoT, big data analytics, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
