What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesfloor Associate position at Sutherland Lumber Company?

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist as needed
- Work in various departments as needed.
- Assisting customers with home improvement questions and guiding customers towards the right product(s)
- Stock product on shelves
- Keep all products correctly signed and priced
- Maintain excellent store presentation
- Be crossed trained to fill in at other departments.
- Assist with refunds and exchanges
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Motivated, hardworking and honest
- Detail oriented
