Sutphen is seeking assemblers to join our growing team in Urbana, Ohio.
A fire truck builder is responsible for assembling various components of a fire truck. They follow blueprints and instructions to ensure that each truck is built to specifications. This role requires mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a team to complete projects efficiently.

Essential Job Functions
- Installation of various essential parts on fire apparatus
- Cutting, welding, drilling, preparing, and painting holes as needed
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and measuring
- Display responsible behaviors including attendance & punctuality, attention to detail & following directions
- Open to change and diverse perspectives
- Work cooperatively with others to complete job assignments & resolve conflicts
