Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Operations management team updating schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining project records.
- Monitor job cost, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Assist operations management team in handling administrative duties, reviewing and approving daily project reports.
- Attend weekly Operations meetings to help coordinate roofing projects and identify support needs.
- Assist pre-construction team gather, track and submit invoices for DPO’s. Closeout’s of DPO’s. Ordering roof-related construction plans and samples for new construction projects.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and team members to support project schedules and needs.
- Track and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to project scheduling, material tracking, job cost and project billings.
- Write and track subcontract, as well as monitor subcontractors’ insurance documentation.
- Schedule permit and manufactures inspections, ensure compliance with regulations and timelines.
- Address customer inquiries and operational issues promptly.
- Maintain company records and update job tracking systems.
- Support operations management with tracking and scheduling of employee certification and training needs.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in an operations or administrative role, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Familiarity with roofing materials, processes, and scheduling is a plus.
- Certifications in business administration or project management.

Full Time Non-Exempt Position - Wage range between $26 to $30 per hour based on experience.
