Daily Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain sheet metal roofing systems, including flashing, gutters, and downspouts.
- Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal using hand and power tools, such as shears, brakes, and soldering irons.
- Secure and fasten metal panels using appropriate fasteners, adhesives, and welding techniques.
- Seal seams and joints to ensure watertight installations.
- Work at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts while following all safety protocols.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and assess roof damage and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
Special Position Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Physically strong, agile, and dexterous, and undeterred by heights and adverse climatic conditions.
- Stand for longer periods of time.
- Available to work extended hours and some nights and weekends if needed.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of sheet metal roofing experience.
- Experience in fabricated or installed metal roofing panels, flashing, gutters, or downspouts.
- Experience with tools such as shears, brakes, riveters, and soldering irons.
- Experience in seam and joint sealing techniques.
- Valid Driver's License Preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to travel*
