Organization: SCAH-Sutter Care at Home - UT Position Overview: Eligible applicants must reside in Arizona, Idaho or Utah and must have California RN license within 90 days of hire. Remote work in qualifying states only. This is a work-flow/task based position to review and approve plans of care/oasis. Must have excellent attention to detail and computer skills. Serves as a support to quality, clinical, and operational leadership in monitoring and evaluating electronic medical record (EHR) workflow for outcomes management, performance improvement, patient safety and regulatory compliance. Job Description: EDUCATION: Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. Bachelor's: Management, public health, nursing, business administration, organizational leadership or related field. or equivalent education/experience CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE: RN-Registered Nurse of California TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 2 years recent relevant experience. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Demonstrated proficiency in ability to navigate an electronic health record required. Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Power Point, and Excel is required. Must demonstrate written/verbal interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of personalities and departments, including medical staff members.
