We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee and guide our team in executing various projects efficiently and safely. Duties
- Lead and manage a crew of workers on-site, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and effectively.
- Oversee project execution from start to finish, including contract management and adherence to project specifications.
- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters for testing and troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure high standards are met.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to guide the crew in their daily tasks.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
- Conduct regular meetings with the crew to discuss progress, address concerns, and motivate team members.
Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction or pipeline industry.
- Familiarity with contract management processes and budgeting practices.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and safety regulations (OSHA).
- Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
