Compensation : Base Salary $35,000-$45,000 Uncapped Commissions Discretionary Bonuses

About the Role :

As a Business Development Representative , you will :

  • Generate & Qualify Leads – Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients through inbound inquiries, referrals, and outbound sales efforts.
  • Open New Client Relationships & Drive Revenue – Conduct client meetings, create proposals, and secure new contracts for landscaping maintenance and design / build projects.
  • Manage Client Relationships – Maintain and grow relationships with current clients by offering new service solutions, renewing contracts, and handling client check-ins.
  • Collaborate with Operations & Estimators – Work closely with our team to ensure accurate proposals, smooth client onboarding, and seamless project execution.
  • Track Performance & Hit Targets – Monitor KPIs like lead conversion rates, sales cycle length, and average deal size to ensure steady revenue growth.

Who We’re Looking For :

We need motivated, results-oriented men and women who :

  • Have 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Understands landscaping, construction, or outdoor services (preferred but not required).
  • Excels at building relationships, identifying client needs, finalizing deals and opening new client relationships.
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple sales opportunities.
  • Have strong communication & negotiation skills and enjoys working with people.
  • Is proficient with CRM tools, sales tracking, and follow-up processes.
  • Thrives in a goal-driven environment and enjoys working independently.
