What are the responsibilities and job description for the EZ Vet Project Manager position at Suveto?
Detail-oriented and strategic EzyVet Project Manager leads the implementation and optimization of our EzyVet practice management system across our veterinary clinic network. This role is a critical part of our digital transformation strategy and will initially focus on EzyVet while laying the groundwork for broader integration leadership across all systems and migrations.
- Act as the primary project lead for all EzyVet implementation and optimization efforts.
- Oversee day-to-day execution, timelines, and deliverables for the EzyVet rollout across the Suveto network.
- Directly manage the EzyVet integrations team: Kim Grisham, Lindsay Garman, and Chris Celis.
- Partner with the CTO and clinic leadership to align technical implementations with business goals.
- Maintain and continuously improve project workflows, SOPs, documentation, and team structure.
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, and clinic stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure adoption.
- Lead post-go-live support efforts, transition plans, and feedback loops to refine processes.
- Create and manage project reporting, documentation links, and testing milestones.
- Long-term: transition into leadership over all integrations-related projects beyond EzyVet.
