- Monitor patients' health by taking vital signs and observing any changes in their condition.
- Assist with medication administration as prescribed, ensuring compliance with healthcare guidelines.
- Support individuals in engaging with their community through social activities and outings.
- Provide hospice care when necessary, offering comfort and support to both patients and families during challenging times.
- Lift and assist individuals as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort during mobility.
Experience
- Previous experience in home community care or long-term care settings is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques and vital signs assessment is advantageous.
- Experience with meal preparation, cooking, and following dietary guidelines is beneficial.
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures is a plus.
