About the Role :
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter driven to make their territory a success. This role will combine hunting for new logos along with upselling existing clients. Must be self-guided, use past sales experience and intuition to sell the Inhabit portfolio of products. The successful salesperson will be :
- Passionate and driven
- Able to quickly learn their products and territories
- Comfortable with varying product lines and sales cycles
- Able to balance their drive to sell with an emotional maturity to understand the customer’s needs
- Experienced selling features, benefits, and values rather than price
Key Role Responsibilities for your Residency :
Disciplined in managing data and information to develop and project accurate sales forecastsDemonstrated history of successful outcomes with the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to qualification, managing objectives and closing the dealAbility to cold call in-market and through social media, email, and phoneQuick, curious learner able to understand the complex needs of different customersDemonstrated ability to secure and maintain customers, and in some cases, to successfully sell or transition the customer to another product that more effectively meets their needsGood follow-up skills with a proven track record of re-engaging clientsAbility to collaborate with fellow team members to support migrations, problem resolution and opportunities to upsellAn enthusiastic, positive, outgoing attitude and strong interest in building relationships and networkingFamiliar with a deep discovery process to uncover pain points and set proper expectationsQualifications :
