Full-time Housekeeper in Miami Beach FL

We have an immediate opening for a full-time housekeeper in Miami Beach FL. Great opportunity for a caring, hard-working individual.

We are seeking a full-time, live-out housekeeper for a long-term placement in a private estate. You must be comfortable working in a 17,000-square-foot estate with large dogs and willing to perform some dog care.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with High-Net-Worth individuals and can provide references. You must be willing to honor confidentiality.

The housekeeper will be joining an existing team of two full-time housekeepers. The candidate must be flexible to work a schedule of five days per week from 7:30am to 3:30pm.

The housekeeper will coordinate with and report directly to the principal’s estate manager. The successful candidate will be respectful, personable, punctual, proactive, detail-oriented, efficient, and highly professional.

The non-smoking candidate will be fully responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the home. Housekeeping services and responsibilities will include deep cleaning, organizing, laundry, cooking and provide assistance with the pets. This position will also provides additional support to the principals with hands-on services, such as shopping for household supplies and personal items, coordinating grocery list, feeding dogs and running errands.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required since the job also entails some errands and grocery shopping.

The home is a primary residence, however the individual travels frequently. The staff is not required to travel and are compensated year-round.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Needs to live within Miami Florida
• Must work well with pets/large dogs.
• Fluent in English
• 2 References
• Police Check
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field is required.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment usage.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• All black dress codes will be required

• Availability on holidays, nights, and weekends

Job Duties:

• General housekeeping and maintaining of all areas of the home
• Daily bed making, vacuuming, cleaning bathroom, floors, kitchen, dusting.
• Care for various surfaces with care, marble, wood, glass, stainless steel, artwork, polish silver & glass etc.
• Daily Personal laundry with care, wash & fold, pressing, wash & press bed linen, organizing closets, kitchen linen & drapery
• Light cooking (follow simple recipes)
• Organizing all areas – closets, pantry, kitchen cabinets, etc.
• Keeping a supplies list, re-stocking
• Petcare (two large dogs)
• After meal clean-up
• All other housekeeping related task.
