We are seeking a dynamic and experienced part-time On-Site Production Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing all aspects of production, from pre-production through post-production, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The On-Site Production Coordinator will work closely with directors, writers, and the production crew to bring creative visions to life. Responsibilities Assist in all stages of production, including script proofreading, planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and execution. Collaborate with the production team, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is realized. Coordinate and manage on-site logistics, including location scouting, set preparation, and equipment setup. Assist talent on shoot days with wardrobe, quick tasks / errands, and script run-throughs Source and manage props, talent, and groceries required for productions. Ensure compliance with production guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process. Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and documentation. Ensure that shoot materials are uploaded, organized, labeled, and delivered promptly to all clients Work with post-production teams to ensure seamless project completion. Must be available on weekdays, as needed, for on-site filming and to assist talent with production tasks, including ads, social media content, and workout videos.s) Requirements Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications or a related field. Minimum of 2 years on-site video production experience in the film, media, or content creation industry. Proven track record of managing successful productions. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to source props, talent, and groceries for productions. Reliable transportation Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in production management software and tools.
