We are seeking a dynamic and experienced part-time On-Site Production Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing all aspects of production, from pre-production through post-production, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The On-Site Production Coordinator will work closely with directors, writers, and the production crew to bring creative visions to life.
Responsibilities
- Assist in all stages of production, including script proofreading, planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and execution.
- Collaborate with the production team, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is realized.
- Coordinate and manage on-site logistics, including location scouting, set preparation, and equipment setup.
- Assist talent on shoot days with wardrobe, quick tasks / errands, and script run-throughs
- Source and manage props, talent, and groceries required for productions.
- Ensure compliance with production guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
- Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and documentation.
- Ensure that shoot materials are uploaded, organized, labeled, and delivered promptly to all clients
- Work with post-production teams to ensure seamless project completion.
- Must be available on weekdays, as needed, for on-site filming and to assist talent with production tasks, including ads, social media content, and workout videos.s)
