The Ideal Candidate:

• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of Ohio BMV procedures and requirements
• Excels at processing titles, registrations, and temporary tags with perfect accuracy
• Possesses experience with out-of-state title transfers and lien processing
• Navigates complex title situations (salvage, rebuilt, lease buyouts, etc.) with confidence
• Maintains exceptional organizational skills when managing high volume workflows
• Communicates effectively with customers, lenders, BMV officials, and dealership staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Ohio vehicle titles, registrations, and temporary tags with complete accuracy
• Manage title work for trade-ins, purchases, and lease buyouts
• Coordinate with lienholders and financial institutions to ensure proper documentation
• Resolve title issues and discrepancies promptly and efficiently
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with all Ohio title regulations
• Stay current with changing Ohio BMV requirements and procedures
