The Home Assistance Programs is seeking an Administrative Assistant. Must be willing to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Scanning, filing and organization of all documents received
Answering phones
Greeting anyone who walks into the office and directing them where they should go
Inputting new client and caregiver profiles into our database system- this includes full completion of profile
Oversight and management of expired documents
Advertising of any position needed, review resumes that are received and scheduling interviews
Reference Check calls
Perform new hire orientation tasks including but not limited to setting up, making new hire packets for all attendees, ensuring all documents required are received, understood and signed.
Attending Monday morning meeting with office staff and taking notes
Printing all live checks on a bi-weekly basis
Set up specialty billing and follow through in the instance of non payment
Assist Director and Manager in other requested tasks
