Inside Sales Representative

We seek a talented, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative who is computer literate. In this role, you will play a fundamental part in achieving our revenue growth objectives. You should be comfortable making numerous contacts daily, collaborating with channel partners, sourcing products, building precise quotations, and processing orders with accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and requirements with meticulous attention to detail.
• Conduct thorough research on accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
• Collaborate with channel partners to build a pipeline and close deals.
• Perform effective and detailed online demos to prospects.

Skills:

• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong phone presence with experience in making numerous calls per day.
• Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
• Experience with Sage 100.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High competency in using a computer is essential.
• Highly motivated with a strong drive to succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English
• Proven customer service and sales experience
• Familiarity with telemarketing and inside sales techniques
• Ability to negotiate and develop business relationships
• Experience in B2B sales and outbound calling
• Technical literacy and comfort with technology sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,423.00 - $45,838.00 per year
