Job Title: Payroll Specialist & Front Office Coordinator
Location: Woodstock, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation: $40,000/year (adjustable based on experience)
Benefits: 2 weeks PTO per year (no additional benefits provided)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist & Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This dual role position is ideal for a self-motivated, adaptable individual who is eager to go above and beyond. You’ll play a key role in both managing payroll and ensuring smooth front office operations. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude are essential, as this position involves both internal support and direct client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
• Process payroll for employees accurately and on time, ensuring all details are correct.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant federal and state laws and regulations.
• Assist with payroll inquiries from employees as needed.
Front Office Management:
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering phones and greeting visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Schedule appointments, manage office supplies, and ensure the office is well-organized.
• Maintain a welcoming office environment, providing administrative support to the team as necessary.
Client Interaction:
• Provide exceptional customer service in all client-facing interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Cultivate positive client relationships and contribute to the overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in payroll processing, with a solid understanding of payroll software and basic accounting principles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.
