- Remove dirty glasses, cups, silverware and china from tables and bring to dish room in a timely manner.
- Restock dishes in appropriate area after they are cleaned.
- Replenish all stock in side stations and on setup dining room after supplies run out. Maintain adequate supply of towels for use in the side stations.
- Check storage and restock needed supplies from dry storage.
- Fill Ice bins.
- Notify manager on duty of stock items which are low and need to be ordered.
- Keep storage areas, dish racks, floors and walls around dish racks clean at all times.
- Always act in a professional manner which reflects positively on Harlow’s Casino.
- Assist the team members in bussing tables.
- Empty trash cans continually through the shift.
- Take linens to laundry to be cleaned. Keep beer cooler stocked.
- Bring bread and water to tables when needed to assist servers.
- Keep water pitchers filled.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
Assist manager bartender, and server with anything they need assistance with.
