- Apply ecological factors in urban design to conduct routine landscape architectural design development and planning.
- Apply ecological factors in urban design to conduct site studies by researching site constraints, challenges, and opportunities for design processes.
- Create routine landscape architectural design drawings that acknowledge, enhance, mitigate, and/or restore site ecological factors by using 3D models and 2D drawings made with Rhino and Autocad.
- Prepare landscape architectural diagrams representing the interaction among the ecological factors of the site.
- Prepare maps for landscape architectural projects showing soil composition, topography, hydrology, vegetation, urban infrastructure, and hazards, utilizing ecological factor analysis approach.
- Assist in developing sustainable territorial and planting plans that align with site ecological factors.
All the job tasks are to be performed at the employer’s office at 530 Bush St., 6th Fl., San Francisco, CA 94108.
Job requires Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and at least one year experience in the job field. Must be able to perform the job tasks, including having knowledge of ecological factors in urban design. $80k/yr
