As a Concrete Finisher, you'll play an integral role in executing high-quality decorative concrete projects. You'll work closely with a team to create stunning finishes for residential clients while maintaining safety standards and efficiency. This is a hands-on role where your skills and attention to detail will directly impact the finished product.

Responsibilities

• Pour and finish concrete for various flatwork and decorative projects.
• Work with decorative finishes, including stamped, exposed aggregate, and sand matrix finishes.
• Level and smooth surfaces using tools like trowels, floats, and other hand tools.
• Ensure that all work meets Swackhamer's quality standards and client specifications.
• Place concrete materials according to project requirements.
• Collaborate with crew members to ensure job sites are organized and safe.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces and tools.
• Communicate effectively with the team and supervisors regarding job progress and any issues that arise.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a concrete finisher, especially with decorative finishes.
• Strong understanding of concrete types, finishing techniques, and related equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret project blueprints and specifications.
• Reliable with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
• A clean driving record and valid driver's license are preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
