We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our dedicated team in La Vista, NE. In this key leadership role, you’ll inspire and guide a talented team to deliver exceptional service while helping to shape the future of our customer experience. Quarterly visits to the Kansas City office, training period in Kansas City.

What You’ll Do:
As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer service team, ensuring smooth interactions with clients and seamless internal operations. You will:
- Lead by Example: Motivate and manage a team of customer service professionals, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback to foster growth and success.
- Customer Interaction: Be the go-to expert for customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in visits, offering guidance on orders, quotes, technical information, and more.
- Manage Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards, helping the team maintain high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Handle Order Management: Process orders, quotes, returns, and transactions using SAP Business One and Trello, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with other teams to maintain seamless operations, contribute to process improvements, and assist with warehouse duties during peak times.
- Promote a Collaborative Culture: Encourage teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning, making our work environment dynamic and rewarding.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Leader: You bring at least 2 years of leadership experience in a customer service environment and have a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
- Customer-Focused: You thrive on delivering excellent customer service, whether you’re solving problems directly or guiding your team to do so.
- Organized & Goal-Driven: You have a strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and execute on goals to keep things running smoothly.

- Technologically Savvy: Comfortable with SAP Business One and Trello (or a similar ticketing system), and excited to learn new systems that improve the customer experience.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: A two-or four-year degree.
- Required: At least 2-3 years of customer service experience in a professional office setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
