Swamp Mermaid Beauty Project is looking for a Salon Coordinator/Receptionist to keep our salon running smoothly. This role is way more than just answering phones—it’s about owning the front of the house and making sure everything and everyone is taken care of. From keeping clients happy to making sure stylists have what they need, tracking inventory, running reports, and setting goals, you’ll be the person holding it all together.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet clients, check them in and out, and make sure they’re taken care of.
- Support the stylists by keeping things stocked, organized, and running on time.
- Manage inventory—retail and backbar—so we’re never running low.
- Track sales, appointments, and performance with daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Set goals for retail, rebooking, and client experience—and help the team hit them.
- Keep the salon looking beautiful—clean, stocked, and ready for the next guest.
- Jump in where needed—whether it’s social media, helping with events, or just making sure everyone’s having a great day.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.80 - $15.50 per hour
