As a Seasonal Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all pool patrons through vigilant monitoring and quick response to emergencies. Reporting to the Pool Manager, you will utilize your core skills in swimming, CPR, and first aid to maintain a secure environment. Your premium skills in guest services will enhance the overall experience for visitors, while relevant skills in pool maintenance and cleaning will ensure the facility remains in top condition. Responsibilities
- Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all guests and swimmers.
- Administer first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pool area, including regular pool cleaning.
- Provide excellent guest services, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Uphold safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure environment for all.
Qualifications
- Willingness to register for and ability to pass a Lifeguard Training course
- 16 years old minimum
- Ability to pass pre-employment verbal skills test
- Ability to pass a swim and in-water skills test
- All applicants are subject to background screenings and (when applicable) drug testing
- Flexible schedule required
