What You’ll Do:

• Clean and refresh guest cottages, riverfront chalets, restrooms, and common areas with exceptional attention to detail

• Replenish linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed

• Communicate any maintenance needs or safety concerns

• Ensure all areas meet Swan Bay’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation

• Be a friendly and respectful presence to guests and teammates alike

Position Details:

• Full-time seasonal position with potential year-round opportunities

• Starting pay: $17/hour

• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player

• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person with a positive attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

• Must be able to move between chalets, cottages, and other resort buildings throughout the day
