We are a close-knit, professional team in Pensacola, FL, looking for someone who enjoys building genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients and helping them feel taken care of every step of the way. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our clients have a warm, positive experience every time they interact with our office.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Warmly greet and assist prospective and existing clients by phone, email, and in person
- Manage a busy calendar and carefully schedule client appointments
- Keep the office communication running smoothly (voicemails, emails, text messages, etc.)
- Maintain and organize important client records and correspondence
- Send out appointment reminders, thank you notes, birthday greetings, and other thoughtful messages
- Keep the office neat, welcoming, and organized
- Support team members with day-to-day tasks to keep everything running seamlessly

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a professional office setting
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and using CRM systems
- Previous experience in financial or client service fields is a plus
- Strong phone skills and polished communication
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time with care
