Seeking One on One Support Services for Our Clients who Receive IBHS in Local, Lancaster County Elementary Schools $18 - $20 per hour depending on Experience & Training Part-Time School Year Positions 25 - 35 hours per week During School Day Hours Typically occuring sometime between 8 : 45am - 3 : 45pm M-F. You have off whenthe client is off / their school district is closed. No Required Late Afternoons

- No Weekends These positions are a great Opportunity for : Stay at home parents looking to get back into the workforce part-time Parents who have children in school and want to be able to put their kids on the bus / get their kids off the bus each day and be off from work when their children's schools are closed College Students (undergrad or grad) who have late afternoon / evening / asynchronous classes Any other person who is looking for a part-time, seasonal school year position (year round also available for those who desire it) Under our PA State License, the position is called, "Behavioral Health Technician" or "BHT-ABA". Our company is a hands-off, non-restraint company so clients' behaviors that we focus on include redirecting clients to their teachers / assignments / activities & then helping them learn to stay on task, helping them develop self-regulation skills, and helping them develop communication & social skills.
