KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Help determine operational objectives by studying multiple departmental business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements.
Work with stakeholders to record current business processes and procedures. Will provide guidance and support on developing new business processes for each functional area covered by the ERP.
Work with project team, vendors, and stakeholders to identify, record, and disseminate all aspects of change management.
Analyze current HR processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to streamline workflows.
Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate into proper systems requirements specifications.
HR data analysis, reporting, process optimization, and HR system administration.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and customizations and participate in the implementation process.

Bridge communication between Human Resources and Information Technology teams and maintain ongoing communication with management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in system analysis and project implementation.
Candidate must be detail oriented.
Experience in Human Resources or related areas.
Strong and well-developed analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of successfully analyzing and documenting complex HR business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and use cases.
Experience in creating comprehensive and clear documentation. Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.
Proficiency in business modeling and analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucid Chart, or similar tools.
Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements.
Experience in translating business requirements into detailed system specifications.
Ability to create process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other relevant documentation.
Ability to plan, schedule and conduct meetings, as well as draft agendas and meeting minutes.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
