What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Coordinator position at Swann Dermatology & Esthetics?
World is spinning.
Phones are ringing.
Everyone wants something.
But you’re the calm one that knows exactly what needs to happen next. You know how to sort through and turn a little chaos into an actionable plan. You usually have a plan for everything, but even when you don’t, it’s okay because you love to solve problems.
Let’s be honest, you’re a little unfairly witty. Could’ve been nature, could’ve been nurture, but it’s no secret you’ve got the mind to pull off anything you want to do.
It’s more than your brain that makes you a catch, though.
You’ve got a heart.
You don't mind being the face of the business. You are a great people person, which isn't common for an organizer. You go above and beyond for the team.
This is what makes you the perfect lead coordinator.
Are you familiar with that position?
A lead coordinator is the person who gives instructions and keeps close relationships to the folks to send us business. These are our MVPs and this position is in charge of creating close-knit relationships with our MVPs and making sure they are taken care of. You are their host/hostess with the mostest. This is a really important part of our team since many of our clients come by referral from other offices and you will be the decision maker on who gets into which slots and will helps us to be both efficient with our team and helpful to our MVPs.
You see, we have a_ wesome _people in our practice.
We are not only some of the hardest working medical professionals, we have a ton of fun.
But we’re trying to make a lot of things happen right now, preparing to bring on new doctors and add services. What we need is someone who can intermingle with all of the talent on our team, and keep us moving toward our big goals.
There are a lot of administrative types out there, but can we be honest about something?
They scare us.
We are not your grandma’s doctor’s office!
We need someone who can keep our practice in order without sucking the life out of it. It’s a really cool place and we want to keep it that way.
Usually, those who come with strong organizational skills want to start organizing the “fun,” and that’s not really fun at all.
Are you pickin’ up what we’re putting down?
Do you have some experience in the medical or administrative world?
Are you a joyful person?
Hey there friend, you may just be the one we’ve been looking for!
Swann Dermatology is calling you home to a place where your smile and your smarts can sing in harmony.
A day in the life as our lead coordinator would include:
- Meeting with with MVPs (the people who send us patients), ensuring they are equipped and informed and up to date with our office. Helping those offices when they need a hand.
- Always looking for something to make better, particularly in patient communications, scheduling, marketing, and retail operations
- Organize our referrals to get them the information they need and schedule them for a great experience in our office.
We’ve been growing like crazy for the last five years. The recent time at home allowed us to look up and see just how much we’ve accomplished, but how much more of an impact we still want to make.
We are in the skin business, but not like most people think.
We don’t just make people pretty; we save lives. Our medical team works nonstop to help families address cancer with state-of-the-art, minimally invasive procedures that only our dermatologist is certified to perform. This has put us in high demand, and we’re quickly trying to expand our ability to help.
That’s why we need someone with a heart and a brain. Our patient care can only remain high with great office culture.
Some need-to-knows:
- This is a hourly position, starting at $16/hour depending on experience in the administration field.
- We work 7:30am-4pm Monday through Thursday, 7:30am - 2pm on Friday.
