We are currently seeking an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our exceptional team of caregivers!

Responsibilities of an LPN:

• Monitor and assess patients to ensure they receive the highest quality care.
• Administer medications and provide treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist in supervising and supporting nursing assistants to ensure proper patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive care experience.
• Perform all routine nursing duties under the direction of the Unit Manager.
• Carry out any additional job duties as assigned.

Qualifications of an LPN:

• Must have an active LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to patient care.
