KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively manage and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, guaranteeing all needs are met with personalized service and expert advice.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of client exposures, loss histories, and current coverages to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate renewal proposals, ensuring timely and accurate policy renewals that align with client needs and expectations.
- Oversee policy administration, including the issuance of binders, policies, and endorsements, maintaining accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Effectively communicate client requirements and binding instructions to carriers, facilitating seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Manage client accounts receivables, ensuring timely premium collection and addressing any billing concerns promptly.
- Utilize the agency management system to maintain detailed records of all client interactions and policy transactions, upholding accuracy and compliance.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance required.
- Experience working with high net worth clients.
- Must hold an appropriate P&C License. Professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, etc., are a plus.
- Knowledge and experience with Adobe and Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
