Summer Camp Instructor

Working with S.W.A.T. Educational Institute means using your outstanding talents to help set the foundation for lifelong learners, where you can collaborate with colleagues, grow, and learn, and positively impact the families in our community.

S.W.A.T. Educational Institute is a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization established in 2011 and based in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex area. Through the programs offered at S.W.A.T. Educational Institute, we have changed many lives as well as helping our youth to overcome behavioral challenges.

S.W.A.T. is trained to deal with situations of unusual behavior. We encourage, motivate, uplift, and build their confidence in times of trouble. S.W.A.T. cares about every area of their life.

S.W.A.T. serves the communities with after school, athletic and summer camp programs.

This is a full-time position, and the school is looking to interview and fill as soon as possible!

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Childcare Experience (Required)
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Must be able to perform all general teacher roles and responsibilities
• Have strong work ethic, growth mindset and a positive attitude!
• Able to interact with students of all ages and skill levels with an understanding of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children
• Excellent communication, good listening, follow-up and problem-solving skills, including high coping capabilities

• 8 hour shift
• After school
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
