Position Overview: We seek a highly organized and results-driven Business Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations. This role involves managing human resources including implementing employee benefits and 401 (k) administration, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll, and social media/marketing. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations and support our team's growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HR practices, financial management, and marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle dynamic work environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR):
• Oversee AP and AR processes to maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review.
• Prepare and send invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and manage customer accounts.
Human Resources:
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
• Maintain weekly timesheets and ensure employees are recording time appropriately.
• Bi-monthly payroll.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits.
• Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, vision, dental, and LTD/STD.
• Manage the company's 401(k) plan, including employee enrollment, and contributions.
• Coordinate with external providers and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Social Media and Marketing:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
• Develop a social media calendar for timely postings.
• Assist Business Development with marketing materials including capability books, project sheets, RFP/RFQ, and promotional content.
