With 130 professionals, we are headquartered in Rochester, New York with offices in Syracuse, Buffalo, and Troy, New York.

We are currently hiring for a Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator. The incumbent in this position will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department. This is a Part-Time position for 20 hours a week and is 100% in office.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain records for NY state professional licenses.
• In collaboration with HR Generalist, handle registration and travel arrangements for Finance-approved professional development training/conferences.
• Assist with employee orientations and new hire processing
• Assist with the creation of new employee documentation.
• Assist with the creation, distribution and tracking of employee performance appraisals
• In collaboration with the entire HR department, maintain HR files; Archive HR information. Update standard forms and templates.
• Handle generic phone calls coming into Human Resources.
• Typing, proofreading, copying, and scanning as needed.
• Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in business administration/human resources preferred,
• Intermediate Abilities with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Teams), previous experience with Enterprise HRIS systems preferred.

Base Salary Information: $23.74 - $27.53 per hour

The above salary ranges represent a good faith range for incumbents of these positions. Actual offers will be based on experience, education level, and demonstrated skills and will be at the discretion of the employer.
