Key Responsibilities :
- Source and Build Talent Pipeline : Utilize a wide range of recruiting methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking to attract and engage a diverse pool of candidates.
- Candidate Screening & Interviewing : Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and manage the interview process to assess candidates’ qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success within the company.
- Manage Candidate Experience : Take ownership of the entire candidate journey from initial contact to final offer, ensuring a smooth, engaging process that reflects our commitment to both professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers : Work closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs, create effective job postings, and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy tailored to each role.
- Onboard New Hires : Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new team members feel welcome and have everything they need to thrive in their new role.
- Ensure Compliance & Best Practices : Keep up to date with industry trends and employment laws to ensure compliance in every stage of recruitment. Provide guidance to hire managers on best practices, and ensure all hiring practices are consistent with regulations.
