Position Overview:
As a Commercial Service Technician at Sweat Tire, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while working collaboratively with our team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who embody a positive attitude, have a strong drive for learning and improvement, and value teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Effective communication with customers and store team members
Openness to learn and perform basic general service maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid checks, brake inspections, tire inflation, and other preventative maintenance services.
Ability to perform tire repairs, including patching, plugging, replacement and balancing, while adhering to proper torquing procedures that follow manufacturer specifications.
Embrace the onboarding process and continual training using mobile learning management systems, POS (Point of Sale) operating system, and lead-follow mentoring on service procedures, safety protocols, and operating processes.

Employment Eligibility:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old to be considered.
