Position Overview
The Paid Media Specialist will execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth for both corporate and franchise locations. This role will focus on campaign execution, performance tracking, and ongoing optimization to maximize ROAS.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of Meta and Google (TikTok, YouTube ad campaigns to launch soon)
- Optimize ad targeting, audience segmentation, and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
- Assist in landing page optimization and conversion rate improvements.
- Work with analytics to create reports and dashboards to monitor performance KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
- Work closely with the Director of Growth & Paid Media to implement growth strategies.
- Test new ad creatives, messaging, and audience strategies to improve ad performance.
- Stay up to date on algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry trends.
- Support local franchisee marketing efforts, ensuring campaigns align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creative.
Required Experience
- 1 year of experience in paid media or digital advertising.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Experience with analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and reporting tools.
- Ability to write short-form and ad copy
- Basic knowledge of SEO, CRO, and landing page optimization is a plus.
- Prior experience in fitness, wellness, or franchise marketing is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
- Comp $65-$70k
