Social Producer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, produce, and edit engaging content for all social media platforms, including videos, graphics, and interactive media.
- Animate 2D and 3D assets and perform video editing to refresh and enrich our social media content.
- Handle post-production tasks such as color grading, sound editing, and ensuring technical specifications are met.
- Ideate and pitch innovative ways to narrate our brand and product stories through social media campaigns and other channels.
- Work closely with the creative design team to create dynamic brand animations and transform rough ideas into moving pictures/prototypes efficiently.
- Manage multiple tasks ensuring timely delivery of visually compelling, error-free social media content.
- Organize and maintain assets efficiently within a pre-existing storage/archive infrastructure.
- Develop, optimize, and manage content specifically for YouTube, ensuring high engagement, proper SEO techniques, and adherence to platform best practices.
Requirements:
- 3 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics for brands.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma. Familiarity with 3D software such as Cinema 4D is a plus.
- A strong online portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling expertise.
- Exceptional understanding of storytelling, pacing, timing, color grading, and sound editing.
- Excellent time management, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Preferred: Experience in paid (growth) advertising, social content creation, ability to shoot video, and sound design experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
