Job Summary
Are you comfortable learning how to maintain light indoor equipment? This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently and effectively. You will be taught everything you need to know to be successful.
Guaranteed 1 FULL DAY of work per week. The work day is set to be the same each week. The work is fully defined and run in a checklist format. The rest of the work will be on an on-call / as needed basis.
Note: this job requires the ability for on-call as needed for light handy-person work.
Payment via 1099 or W2.
Must be able to:
- Lift 50 pounds
- Learn how to use tools properly
- Learn the ins and outs of our equipment
- Able to climb a ladder
- Comfortable with some consumer electronics
- Comfortable working around water
- Comfortable working around some heat
- Handle light chemicals
- Maintain a clean workspace
- Able to go to hardware store and get supplies as needed
