Project Coordinator - Nursing Administration - Everett, WA

SCHEDULE:1.0 FTE; 40 hours per week. Days: 7:30am-4:00pm PST.

The Project Planner and Administrative Assistant position provides a variety of complex administrative and project management support to the Acute Care Departments and Senior Director of Nursing. Must be effective in managing multiple tasks and projects at any one given time. The position must be able to exhibit exceptional critical thinking and organizational skills in a variety of situations. Relies on project planning experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Monitors results to ensure that the programs are meeting expectations and deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Relevant Associate Degree to position Or equivalent educ/experience
  • 3 years experience as an administrative or executive professional
  • 3 years Providing support and guidance to a variety of people in a healthcare

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training in Project Management
  • Bachelors degree in business and/or management course completion
  • Medical terminology
  • Project planning/management experience
  • Facilitation and communication skills/experience
