We are one of the fastest growing consumer-packaged goods (CPG) producers and ZYN is the number one selling nicotine pouch in the US.In order to continually promote and create innovative products that support our vision we are currently seeking an Assistant Brand Manager in Richmond, VA.The Assistant Brand Manager will aid the ZYN Brand Team in the development, execution, and performance tracking of marketing programs to support and drive sales for ZYN.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESAssist in managing budgets, invoice processing and budgetary planning Manage digital programs including social media, direct marketing, and media Develop and execute engaging consumer programs Preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting for senior management Hold all creative executions to the highest level of quality and brand safety Maintain competitive tracker and marketplace monitoring Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time, on budgetAssist with management and reporting related to ZYN Social Media platformsAssist with the day to day coordination of the ZYN Trade Marketing and merchandising activities.Assist in annual planning process EDUCATION : Bachelor's Degree required. EXPERIENCE : Minimum of three (3) years of brand management experience; Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience preferred.
