One of our clients is seeking an experienced Enterprise AI & Automation Solutions Lead to oversee automation initiatives and drive innovation through RPA AI ECM and Adobe Creative solutions including Adobe Sign . The selected candidate will act as a technical escalation point contribute to leadership meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline business processes.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in automation and AI within a cloud environment with expertise in Box RPA Azure Cloud AI Active Directory ServiceNow Microsoft Power Automate and Adobe Sign .
This position requires onsite presence at least 3 days per week .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and implementation of automation solutions using Box RPA Azure Cloud AI and Power Automate .
- Administer the Commonwealth s Adobe Management Platform including Adobe Sign .
- Develop Adobe Sign Automations using Power Automate .
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to automation engineers and developers.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize business processes .
- Oversee the endtoend automation lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure the scalability security and reliability of automation solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in automation AI and cloud technologies .
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for automation and AI processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation and AI system issues.
