One of our clients is seeking an experienced Enterprise AI & Automation Solutions Lead to oversee automation initiatives and drive innovation through RPA, AI, ECM, and Adobe Creative solutions, including Adobe Sign . The selected candidate will act as a technical escalation point, contribute to leadership meetings, and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline business processes.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in automation and AI within a cloud environment , with expertise in Box, RPA, Azure Cloud, AI, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Automate, and Adobe Sign .
This position requires on-site presence at least 3 days per week .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions using Box, RPA, Azure Cloud, AI, and Power Automate .
- Administer the Commonwealth’s Adobe Management Platform , including Adobe Sign .
- Develop Adobe Sign Automations using Power Automate .
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to automation engineers and developers.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize business processes .
- Oversee the end-to-end automation lifecycle , from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of automation solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in automation, AI, and cloud technologies .
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for automation and AI processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation and AI system issues.
