Job Summary :
The Site Operations Manager manages local scheduling and real-time operations to facilitate and maximize use of resources (human and automated) to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, schedule adherence and site-specific financial goals / metrics. The Operations Manager is a management and leadership role focused on the employees, equipment, and operations of the business. All Jet Vac employees will report directly to the Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will report to the Branch Manager and be responsible for assisting in the direct oversight of all business operations. This is a Jet Vac focused position in that the Operations Manager must be able to effectively lead the Jet Vac Division of the branch, and understand that side of the business in its entirety. This position will regularly require a varying schedule outside of normal business hours, out in the field and in the office.
Salary Range : Starting at $75,000

Oversee daily activities of personnel, equipment, corresponding to line(s) of business servicesPerform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this positionDirectly responsible for Jet Vac pre-start planning and meetingsOversee daily activities of scheduling and dispatch of Site Services, including calling and meeting with customers as requiredDirectly responsible for daily job execution and tracking job(s) progressCoordinate daily activities to maximize scheduling and real-time utilization of resources; analyze and recommend part-time, flexible, and full-time employee mix to deliver site services.Perform all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel assignedEnsure proper on the job and safety training of personnel assignedCommunicate areas of accountability and performance expected of personnel assignedDetermine appropriate standards of performance as a basis to review progress of personnel assignedImplement employee disciplinary measures seeking support and guidance from management and human resources, as requiredInterface with general management to ensure smooth coordination of daily operations; providing input on local conditions and enacting contingency plans as needed Notify and escalate customer issues to management as warrantedEscalate and direct operational activities when problems arise, conduct analysis of problems to provide input for future process improvementsReview ongoing operational results to targets, take corrective measures as neededParticipate in daily, weekly, monthly, and annual planning process as appropriateMaintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster aid promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency / effectivenessProject a favorable image of the company to enhance public recognition and promote company services providedSupport staffing process, working with Regional Recruiters to fill open positions for the siteAssist in development and maintaining proper staffing levels against site demand for servicesWork with the maintenance shop to ensure sufficient equipment is ready and able to meet the demands of the customerImplement ongoing safety program in accordance with company safety programs and guidelinesRecommends salary adjustments. transfers, promotions, and dismissalsPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedJob Requirements :
3 years of relevant industry related experience preferred3 years of Jet Vac experience3 years of Supervisory / Management experienceTechnical Capacity, Problem Solving / Analysis, Customer / Client Focus, Decision Making, Project Management, Communication Proficiency, Teamwork Orientation.Software skills for use of routing tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, required.Operate computer and keyboard; able to use phone; sit for long periods; communicate using speech, hearing and vision skills.Moderate lifting - up to 50 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping and grasping. Ability to stand / sit for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs, squatting, and bending as required.Valid CDL B Driver’s License requiredExpertise in Jet Vac repairs, CCTV, jetting, inspecting, and related equipment preferredWorking knowledge and understanding of KPI reports, data, metrics, P&L management preferredSCAAdmin4
