Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled associate Baker/sales associate to join our team who has experience in decorating cakes and various baked goods. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Sales associate duties are included. Friendly customer service is required.
Responsibilities
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Bake various types of bread, pastries, and desserts
- Decorate baked goods using icing, glazes, and toppings
- Package finished products for display or sale
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and baking methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with catering or large-scale production is a plus
