Part-time Position for Thursday-Sunday shifts. Varying Hours: Thursday - Friday 2-8pm; Saturday/Sunday Open availability 10-6.
Position Summary:
The froster is responsible for decorating/frosting cakes with signature frosting to the full range of products for walk-in, pre-ordered and marketing orders. This person must keep the display case fully stocked and maintain appropriate par levels of additional cakes. The froster is responsible for keeping the frosting station clean, sanitized and running efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Abide by all NBC policies and procedures.
- Uphold the NBC image and brand.
- Assist other departments as needed and directed.
- Frost all cakes for same-day and next-day orders.
- Keep retail cases stocked with Bundtinis, Bundtlets, 8-inch and 10- inch cakes.
- Maintain par levels in cooler or case cakes, assorted Bundtini packs and sample trays.
- Fold boxes.
- Keep frosting area, tables, microwave and tool bins clean and sanitized according to local codes.
- Track frosting material inventory.
- Adhere to Local Health Code and safety procedures.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Every weekend
