Administrative Assistant position available for a landscaping construction company.
Person Needs to be highly organized, meticulous, good with computers.
Must be proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft word and excel.
Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen and manage incoming calls
- Schedule meetings and appointments efficiently
- File and organize documents
- Check and distribute physical mail and emails daily
- Draft and edit outgoing correspondence
- Assist with Job correspondence, change orders, bids, read project plans and pull out job spec information and other daily office duties
- Assist with Quickbooks related tasks
- DMV- update registrations & make DMV appointments online.
- Copy bids onto server, make copies and mail originals to vendors.
- Make deposit slips for deposits
- Familiar with using USPS and FedEx online.
Skills:
- Proficiency in computers, Quickbooks, Microsoft office, excel, Gmail.
- Experience with office printers and fax machines.
- Time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong Organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Construction experience and familiarity with the construction bidding process is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,000.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
