We are seeking a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our internal team and work on Salesforce Projects. Applicant needs to be patient and dedicated to supporting your team of professionals. Must be able to move in a fast - paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Support welcome team responsible for set up of employee workstations and equipment
- Resolve issues for internal team quickly and efficiently
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track internal issues and resolutions through the company ticketing system
- Setup and configure laptop and desktop computers (OS installation, Software installs, patches, etc.)
- Developing and updating on-line support documentation
- Perform systems administration functions for infrastructure, emails, software updates, anti-virus, backups and CRM systems
- Zoom phone system administration – Setup / deploy phones to on-site and remote personnel
- Other technical duties and projects as required
